End User License Agreement

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Ruchey - Fast Proxy app on Apple devices you own or control (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS) and on Android devices, for personal or internal business use, subject to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App, or use it to build a competing product.

3. Data

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which you acknowledge when you install the App.

4. Open-source components

The App includes third-party open-source software; the list of components and their licenses is available in the App (Settings → About → Licenses).

5. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

Liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Use.

7. Apple

This section applies when you download the App from Apple’s App Store. This EULA is between you and TOOL CREATIVE LTD only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or any claims relating to it (including product-liability, legal/regulatory, or intellectual-property claims). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce this EULA. Maintenance and support are provided by us at support@tool-creative-ltd.com; Apple has no support obligation.

8. Google Play

This section applies when you download the App from Google Play. Your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the App or for providing maintenance or support; we provide support at support@tool-creative-ltd.com.

9. Governing law

England and Wales, subject to the applicable app store’s required license terms.
