Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using the Ruchey - Fast Proxy app (“the App”) or our website (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

2. The service

Ruchey - Fast Proxy is a VPN that encrypts your connection and routes it through our servers to protect your privacy. We keep no activity logs (see our Privacy Policy) and do not monitor or store the content of your traffic.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are auto-renewable subscriptions of 1, 3, 6, and 12 months, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Current prices are shown in the App.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account on confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal price is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies; we cannot issue App Store or Google Play refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to break the law, send harmful or abusive traffic, attempt unauthorized access, conduct denial-of-service activity, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with our infrastructure or other users. You are responsible for knowing whether VPN/proxy use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not inspect or store the content of your traffic.

6. Availability & disclaimers

The App and Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or protection against all forms of traffic analysis. Servers, locations, and features may change.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months or £50. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached. You may stop using the App at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting the App.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
